Courses are designed to engage participants of all backgrounds, and we encourage feedback throughout each session to ensure that all questions are answered.

Across the three tiers we deliver a number of different types of training classes. Depending on the depth and intensity of the training required, the following options are available:

During these sessions, users are taught the basic functionality of their EXTEDO solution including its user interface and out-of-the-box functionality. Training sessions are based around common business processes to ensure that participants gain the maximum possible practical experience.

The successful completion of basic-level training is essential for all customers.

Basic-level training is only conducted in-house and is not available as a remote offering.

Users attending Refresher training should have successfully completed an associated Basic training course. It is also expected that they gained some hands-on experience with the relevant product. EXTEDO strongly recommends that all customers should book a Refresher training session approximately 2 to 3 months after completing their initial Basic training course.

Unlike our Basic training, Refresher training courses do not follow a strict agenda. Refresher training courses are designed to cover the business processes that lie beneath your EXTEDO product. Courses focus on your individual needs, and we like to ensure that we talk about any difficulties that you may have come across while using the product. 

EXTEDO’s Advanced training courses are targeted at customers wishing to deepen their knowledge of a specific product. 

Our Advanced level training curriculum covers a wide range of topics, typically these include:

• Technical product details 

• Insights into specific business and/or regulatory processes

Depending on your exact requirements, Advanced training sessions can focus on technical, regulatory or a combination of both. 

Unlike EXTEDO’s other training courses, Advanced training session are custom designed and can be performed either in-house or via a web conferencing tool.

EXTEDO provides individual training and other consulting services dependent on a customer’s needs. Our available services range from the preparation of personalized client training, through to support with on-going submissions, and on to business process consulting.
